It’s now official. Apple will ship the highly anticipated iPhone (a.k.a. the Jesus Phone) on June 29th in the US. Still no word for us Europeans.
As I explained before, I’m not a gadget freak, I don’t really need one, but boy do I want one. The interface is just plain brilliant.
You can catch a glimpse of what I mean in three TV ads that have started airing in the US, and that you can watch on Apple’s site.
So I’m hanging on to my prehistoric Nokia phone, in hopes that Orange will carry the iPhone in France (Apple and Orange!), and that I’ll be able to trade in a few years’ worth of « bonus points » for an iPhone when it finally arrives here.
